Ready to make a payment?

If you requested schedule changes or your student was added from a waitlist, you may owe a supply fee. Please double-check the "Remaining Due for Registration" before submitting a payment. These fees are NOT included in the monthly totals and are due ASAP.
Your first monthly payment is due by Friday, August 7th.
If you would like to save 10%, you may pay all monthly fees on or before Tuesday, Aug 4th.
TCHE accepts cash, check, or Zelle. You may send Zelle any time or pay in person at the table.

All schedules and billing statements are listed on the Family Portal.

Airtable Troubleshooting Guide:

This portal works best on computers and laptops.
Please download the AirTable app to access the portal from your phone or tablet.
If AirTable tells you an account already exists, try resetting your password.
The first time you click on this link, you may need to "Request Read-Only Access." If you do not have access within an hour, send a message to Meryl on GroupMe.
Once you have logged in, you may need to click on your phone number or name to see your registration information. The three lines in the corner will load a drop-down menu with student schedules.
The portal will only display the info connected to the email that you gave us on the registration form. If you log in and the drop-down menus are blank, your email does not match the one in our database.
- Airtable is picky about uppercase/lowercase in your email.
- Please log out and try again with a different email if you are unsure of which one you used at registration.
