Troubleshooting Guide:

  • This portal works best on computers and laptops.

  • Please download the AirTable app to access the portal from your phone or tablet.

  • If AirTable tells you an account already exists, try resetting your password.

  • Once you have logged in, you may need to click on your phone number to see your registration information.

  • The portal will only display the info connected to the email you gave us on the registration form. If you log in and the drop-down menus are blank, your email does not match the one in our database. Please log out and try again with a different email.

  • Non-urgent tech help? Please wait until July.
